www.ornamentallux.lv offers delivery to European Union (EU) countries.

  • Europe 2 - 8 working days
  • USA 14 - 30 working days
  • Other countries 14 - 30 working days

Shipping LV-LV

  • OMNIVA parcel machine service - Shipping costs in Latvia is 3,32 EUR with VAT + risk reduction FRAGILE 1,94 EUR with VAT. It is possible to send four candles in one order.
  • If the product is in stock, the order will be prepared and shipped within one working day after receiving the prepayment in the bank account.
  • If for some reason we cannot place the order, we will contact you within one working day.

Shipping to non-EU countries

Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties. We are not required to inform customers of such additional costs and are not required to refund such costs to the customer.

Special Orders

All of the products individually ordered are made to order. Order processing time may vary depending on order amount and demand (during peak season it is longer). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. The current order processing and shipping time is 14 working days (in case of candles made to order).

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is to be made in advance by purchasing the product or service that you need through our secure shopping cart. Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive an email to that effect.

Payment methods:

  • To pay by invoice using your internet bank.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All returns and exchanges can be done within 14 days of receiving your order. You can exchange your purchase with a different item of the same value or have a full refund less the shipping cost.

The returned/exchanged item(s) should be in the same condition i.e., in its original packaging with all original tags attached. You may exchange an item only once.

The customer covers all related return and exchange shipping or customs fees. To expedite your returns/exchanges, please contact us via [email protected], state your order number, the purchase date and reasons for the return/exchange. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. If you do not contact us before returning the item, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange.

If your product is damaged, please contact us at [email protected], state your order number, description of the issue and a photo of the product. We will either process a refund or ship a replacement. If you haven't received your order or have received an incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected].
